Q: Wie sieht unsere Zusammenarbeit aus?
A: Sie nehmen Kontakt zu mir auf. Wir vereinbaren ein Auftragsklärungsgespräch, um Ihre Herausforderungen zu analysieren (digital oder vor Ort in Berlin). Ich erstelle ein maßgeschneidertes Angebot für unsere Zusammenarbeit, sei es Coaching, Beratung oder Moderation. Anschließend gehen wir gemeinsam die besprochenen Themen an. Dabei definieren wir Erfolgskriterien, reflektieren regelmäßig die Zusammenarbeit und evaluieren zum Abschluss das Ergebnis.
